Bake & Shake – Little Chefs & Mixologists Experience
This March holidays, let your child step into the world of culinary creativity.
Bake & Shake is an immersive 90-minute hands-on experience designed for children aged 5–12 years old, combining baking and junior mocktail mixology in one exciting session.
Part 1: Rainbow Unicorn Cupcake Creation (60 minutes)
Young chefs will:
- Bake their very own Rainbow Unicorn cupcakes
- Learn simple piping techniques
- Decorate with colourful frosting, sprinkles and unicorn toppers
- Bring home their beautifully packaged cupcake creations
All ingredients, pastry equipment, aprons and guidance are provided.
Participants will be coached and assisted by Shangri-La’s Bake & Fun facilitators.
Part 2: Golden Sunrise Mocktail Mixology (30 minutes)
Children will:
* Shake and mix a sparkling Mango mocktail
* Learn basic mixing techniques
* Explore colours, flavours and presentation
* Enjoy and take home their own “Magic Mango” creation
A playful introduction to junior mixology using colourful juices and fresh ingredients.
