WELCOME TO BUDS BY SHANGRI-LA  – the immersive and curated play space allows children to learn through play in a creative, self-directed and experiential environment, all while bonding with their parents.

Please note that buds play sessions may be charged at $36/three hour session for hotel guests.

To safeguard your family's wellbeing, and to ensure a fun and safe space for the kids, we have made a few changes to our operations and put in place every safety measure necessary, in accordance with local regulations and guidelines.

• Charges may apply for hotel guests - dependent on room package.
• Guests can reserve 1 session per night of stay only
• No multiple session booking allowed
• Limited to 1 Adult per entry (no additional adults allowed)
  
• Each family can book up to maximum 2 adults participants only.
• Guests are required to have their temperature screened prior to admission.
• buds by Shangri-La registration is also required upon arrival.
• Masks must be worn at all times for all guests and staff while in our play space.
• On the date of visit, registered guests will need to present a confirmation screenshot or email or room keycard for verification prior to entry
• Registered play session will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from time of booking and shall be released without further notice.
  
• Children below the age of 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Socks are required for all guests. Non-slip socks are recommended for children.
• Guests who did not pre-register may be refused entry.
• Guests will need to be present in person on the date of the visit for which the reservation was made.
• No exchange, no refund, no extension and no transfer of sessions is allowed. 
• buds by Shangri-la reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Shangri-La Hotel Singapore management, employees and vendors will not be liable for any accidents, injuries and/or loss of property while guests are on hotel premises, buds by Shangri-La and Splash.
